Processing: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in New Orleans, Louisiana.

International: We ship worldwide, but some countries may not have service at this time. Shipping and duties will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number after the order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Lost or stolen packages: If the shipping provider declares the package as lost, we will assist you by providing a replacement, store credit, or refund. If there is proof of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Incorrect shipping address: If you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. In this case, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to redirect your package. For orders returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cúpla purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:
Returns: You have 30 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be made back to your original method of payment and can take up to 30 days upon receiving your return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your return does not meet our requirements.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will send you a return label, and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process:
- Please contact us through our Contact Us page or email us to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange.
- Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a return label.
- You will ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will send the new item to you.
